Staff liaison committee

The purpose of the staff liaison committee is to:

  • Provide support to staff and act as a liaison between administration and staff.
  • Create an atmosphere of camaraderie and serve as an avenue to bring forward staff ideas and concerns.
  • Form connections to other groups.
  • Ensure that staff members have a voice that can be heard in a supportive setting. Not only should staff have a unified voice to address their concerns, but each staff member should have the ability to voice opinions in an environment that welcomes candid expression.
