VCU Commits to New Sustainable Satellite Dental Clinic in Wise

An article from the Coalfield Progress provides detailed architectural information about the new satellite dental clinic in Wise County. This state-of-the-art facility will provide quality patient care to the citizens of Southwest Va., while allowing students a an unique learning experience.
“I expect the program to be very popular with students,” said Dean Ron Hunt when he met with student leaders at the semi-annual Dean’s Dinner on October 14. “Senior DDS students who wish to spend their final year in Wise, will be able to enter a lottery,” Hunt explained. “If selected, these students will live in new apartments designed to accommodate families and practice in the nearby clinic.
