in setting up your computer accounts, viewing school policies, and completing regulatory training.

The VCUCard is VCU's official identification card for employees, affiliates, and students.
Call the VCUCard office at (804) 827-CARD to check if you have been processed before coming
to receive your ID card. See the VCUCard web site
for office locations and hours. Remember to bring a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.).

eID is your identifier to authenticate you to use many VCU electronic services and web applications, including e-mail. Keep in mind
that you must have a valid VCUCard before you can obtain an eID.

to obtain your eID and set your password.

New hires are required to complete HIPAA and OSHA training and all employees
are required to complete training on an annual basis. If you have questions,
contact Dr. John Tullner or
Ms. Rebecca Pousson.
To complete HIPAA training:

To complete OSHA training:
- Review the following PowerPoint course materials:
- Review the Review the OSHA compliance documents
- Complete the two online OSHA exams

Your e-mail address will be automatically generated. You can check your VCU e-mail from any
computer with internet access by visiting the VCU Mail Anywhere web site.

Depending on your job function, you may be given access to accounts specific to the VCU School of Dentistry,
including an individual computer workstation account, a Windent clinical system account, or other computer access. The Office of Information
Technology will work with your supervisor in establishing these accounts. Please familiarize yourself with the
following documents and policies:
