Office visits are arranged by appointment. Our office hours are from 8 am - 5 pm,
Monday through Friday. Simply call VCU-DENT (828-3368) and our Front Desk Staff
will arrange your appointment time and help with directions to our office.
If you must cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Our office is located on the south east corner of the intersections of Leigh
and 11th Streets, in the Wood Memorial Building of the Dental School, on the Fourth
floor. The main entrance is on 11th Street.
Valet Parking Option
The School of Dentistry offers valet parking services to patients and guests. To use
this service follow 11th Street north to the covered drive way underneath the Perkinson
Building. The driveway is located immediately before the stoplight at the corner of 11th
and Leigh Streets.
Cost for the service is $5 for School of Dentistry patients and guests, and $20 for all
others.
Patient and Visitor Parking Deck
Parking at reduced rates is available for our patients. Please bring your parking ticket
for validation. Rates for the Patient and Visitor Parking
Deck are:
- $2.00 maximum with a validated parking ticket
- $2.00 for the first hour; $1.00 for each additional hour if ticket
is not validated
- $10.00 daily charge without ticket or validation
Limited street parking is also available surrounding the School of Dentistry.
Please remember once you make an appointment, the doctor's time, treatment
room, and support personnel have been reserved specifically for YOU. We ask that
you arrive at least 5 minutes early (15 minutes for your first appointment) - late
arrival may necessitate rescheduling your appointment. We make every effort to
reduce or eliminate waiting time for our patients and ask that you afford us this
same courtesy. We strive to stay on schedule, however a treatment emergency may
cause unavoidable delay. In this instance we will apprise you of the delay, as
soon as we know, to lessen your inconvenience.
