We will help you with your insurance claim to maximize the coverage
available.
Insurance
Our office offers a complete insurance service whereas we will file your
insurance and assist you if follow up is necessary. We are set up to file 95%
of our claims electronically providing quick processing and prompt payments. Our
component staff is well trained and follows up on any claim that has not been paid
in 30 days. They are also up to date with what is needed to process claims quickly
and smoothly.
It is very important that the patient is aware of their benefits and give the
correct information for filing their insurance to the office. A copy of the
insurance card is needed when you are a new patient or your insurance information
changes. Filing insurance to the wrong insurance company or incorrect mailing
address can delay payment on a claim for 4-6 weeks.
We try to obtain a break down of benefits for the individual policies so that
the patient is aware of what portion of the treatment will be covered by insurance.
The insurance company will never give an exact over the phone but with the benefit
breakdown we will be able to give an approximate of the insurance payment.
