Make an appointment

All initial appointments for all doctors (faculty and residents) are handled through our front office at the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department. Representatives are available to assist you in matching your clinical needs with the appropriate provider. Please call (804) 628-6637 to schedule an appointment. Once you have had your first appointment, return appointments, if necessary, will be made at our reception desk.

Missed appointments

It is our policy to charge for missed appointments unless we receive notification at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. It is also part of our policy that missing two appointments without 24 hours advance notification will result in discontinuation of your care in this office. Therefore, we ask that you call our office about the need to cancel, and to reschedule your appointment.

Changes in information

Please advise us of any changes that may affect your billing status. Examples include: change in address, telephone number, employer, insurance coverage, etc. This will enable us to provide you with the best possible service.
