How to apply for an externship

At the time of application the candidate must be a matriculated third year student at an ADA accredited school of dentistry. The student must have successfully completed all third-year clinical requirements and be eligible to begin the fourth year of their dental education.

Interested students should submit a completed application, official dental school transcript and two letters of recommendation. One letter should be from the dean of the dental school certifying the student’s class rank and cumulative GPA, indicating that the candidate is making satisfactory progress in meeting the school’s requirements toward graduation, and that he or she will be allowed to participate in our program.
