 About the speaker
David Sarver, DMD, M.S.
Dr. David Sarver received his D.M.D. from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry and M.S. in Orthodontics from the University of North Carolina in 1979. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and a fellow in both the International and American College of Dentists.
In addition to his private practice, Sarver has authored or co-authored more than 50 scientific articles, 12 book chapters and his book “Esthetics in Orthodontics and Orthognathic Surgery” was published in September 1988. Dr. Sarver has recently been featured on NBC's “The Today Show,” ABC's “The View” and Fox News.

Foundation rate: $134 per night - Standard Room
We recommend that you guarantee your room reservation, especially if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m. Otherwise, reservations will be held until 6 p.m. You may guarantee your room with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and Diner’s Club.
Be sure to mention the name of the group when making reservations in order to obtain the group rate. Reservations may be canceled without deposit forfeiture if notice is received prior to 6 p.m. on the day of your scheduled arrival. The Richmond Marriott West is conveniently located near I-64 (exit 178B) in the west end of Richmond on Dominion Boulevard. in the Innsbrook Office Park (turn left at the first light on Broad Street after exiting the interstate, hotel is on the left).
