Pre-Dental Study
A minimum of three years of academic studies (90 semester hours or
equivalent) is required at an accredited US or Canadian college or university. However
students are recommended to complete a four-year curriculum leading to a
B.S. or B.A. degree. A maximum of two years (60 semester hours or equivalent)
at an accredited community college level is acceptable. It then would be
necessary to follow this with a minimum of another two years (60 semester
hours or equivalent) at an accredited four-year degree granting institution.
