Description of Program
The VCU School of Dentistry International Dentist Program offers foreign-trained
dentists an opportunity to enter the DDS dental degree program in the third year.
A 14-week preparatory phase is a mandatory program prior to entering the third year.
The program is open to foreign-trained dentists with established residency in Virginia.
The program is still in planning stages and requires final university approval.
Program Details
- Length of Program: 25 months, including a 14-week preparatory program
- Program Application Deadline: November 1, 2009 at 5:00PM
- Start Date: April 2010
- Class Size: 5 students will be accepted in 2010
- Degree Awarded: D.D.S.
