Applicants selected for interview with the VCU School of Dentistry must complete HIPAA and OSHA training.

• OSHA training
• Review the following forms
• ‌HIPAA Confidentiality Agreement
• ‌OSHA Acknowledgement

Interview candidates will be asked to sign the above forms electronically on the supplemental application.
